Capsicum/bell peppers: 2
Oil for brushing as required
Tofu crumbled: 1 cup
Chopped onion: 1 cup
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Take a bowl, add tofu, onion, soy sauce, salt, chilli powder, ginger, sesame seeds, coriander leaves and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients.
Wash, de-seed and slice the capsicum into two halves. Brush with olive oil and set aside. Stuff the capsicum with the tofu mixture.
Grill it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Pack it in the tiffin box.
