Rice flour: 1 cup
Oats flour: 1/2 cup
Curd: 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Water as needed
Eno: 1 packet
Paneer crumbled: 1/2 cup
Chopped onion: 1 cup
Finely chopped cabbage:1 cup
Grated carrot: 1 cup
Sauteed spinach: 1 cup
Sauteed mushrooms: 1 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of Preparation
Mix all the ingredients of dosa batter together to form a pouring batter.
Mix all the ingredients of the filling together and keep aside.
Add eno to the batter and mix well.
Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter and cook the dosa till browned on both sides.
Add the filling, fold in and add to the tiffin box.
Serve it with some fresh fruits and dried fruits.
