How to prepare paneer cheese sandwich

Easy step to step guide for green chutney and paneer cheese sandwich

Ingredients for green chutney :

Coriander – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
Roasted chana dal – 1/2 cup
Chillies – 4 ( as per your spiciness )
Garlic – 6
Ginger – small piece
Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per your taste

Method :

Grind all ingredients and add salt , lemon juice.
Add water according to the consistency you want.

Ingredients for paneer sandwich :

Grated Paneer – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cheese slice – 1
Salt – as per your taste

Method :
1.Take a bowl mix grated paneer , capsicum , tomatoes.
2.Add salt , coriander powder.
3.Mix well.
4.Take a bread slice and cut the edges of the bread.
5.Apply green chutney .
6.Spread paneer mix and add cheese slice and close it with another bread slice.
7.Now apply butter on the pan and fry it both the sides.
8.Now cut it with knife.
9.Now cheesy paneer sandwich is ready.
